‘Requirements

• A valid business license under the same business name is required.

• A retail storefront is required to place orders.

• All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order. An order form is available if needed.

Minimum Orders

• A minimum order of $800 at the wholesale rate is required.

• All orders must be prepaid before shipment.

• The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is recommended to be maintained.

Shipping

• Shipping is via UPS at cost.

• International orders require prepayment via bank wire transfer only.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days for credit only.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Payment Terms

• Net 30 terms are available for preferred accounts only.

• Preferred status is granted to accounts with an annual purchase of $3,000 or more.

• To retain preferred status, accounts must make timely payments.

• A 2% interest fee will be applied to late payments when applicable.
