This new series of relief prints is crafted from a single block of plywood created using computational design and laser cutting. This one is made from individual tiles hand set in a grid for printing.

The printing process involved inking the plate and roller pressing utilizing eco-friendly soy-based inks. The series is inspired by my previous work with moire effect in blown glass, focusing on the optical effects of color interactions and the negative space. My goal is to translate the aesthetic and physical nuances of glassblowing into a two-dimensional format, capturing these dynamic visual moments through relief printing.
